● Go to the Order Details page.

● Click on the Refund Request button.

● Select the products, product quantity, Refund Amount, Refund Reasons, Note,

payment type and attachments if any.

● Click on the Refund button and wait for the seller approval.

If seller don't get back to you within 3 days, Contact bullionmap support for assistants.
